Refund and returns policy

At EV Motion, we are dedicated to providing high-quality car parts and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the car parts.

2. How to Cancel

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent to email infor@evmotion.ie. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance with the cancellation process.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned car parts or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier. We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) along with any standard delivery charges paid. Please note that you may be responsible for the cost of returning the car parts unless we have offered to cover this expense.

4. Condition of Car Parts

To be eligible for a refund, the car parts must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging intact. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the car parts if they have been used or damaged.

5. Exemptions

Please note that certain car parts may be exempt from the right to cancel, such as parts that have been installed or used, custom-made or personalized parts, and parts that have been specially ordered for you.

6. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided on our website or contact our customer service team for assistance. You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the car parts.

7. Timeframe for Refunds

Once the returned car parts have been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

8. Additional Policies

Please note that certain items may be subject to additional return or refund policies, such as restocking fees for certain items or exceptions for sale or clearance items. These policies will be clearly communicated to you before you make a purchase.
